There’s a CD out there that contains every single song I liked in high school
Salt is to pepper as cable television is to rocking music collections meant to remind you of a stranger time. There’s commercials for “BUZZCUTS,” and I think that’s all that’s on the album cover. And from that, it’s supposedly implied that it’s going to contain smash hit machines like Papa Roach, Puddle of Mudd and any other band that seemed to matter eight years ago (CREED).
Part of me wants to buy the CD to throw a party, get the high school gang back together and drink crappy beer at a farmhouse, hoping the cops don’t come. The other part of me laughs at that part before calling it a tool and moving on with the day.
